BLOOD MOON THERAPY

BLOOD MOON THERAPY is a New York City based rock band. Recently formed and lead by frontman Michael Lombardi. Michael starred in the hit TV show Rescue Me on the FX network. His previous band Apache Stone was featured on the show. Michael spent 4 years with Apache Stone recording a full length album and touring the country. Using his experience and honing in on his sound, Michael decided to start BLOOD MOON THERAPY in early 2011. He and his bandmates Nick Bacon (guitar) and Scott Garapolo (drums) maintain the musical integrity of the classic rock bands before them, while bringing heavy modern rock sounds. BLOOD MOON THERAPY is currently in the studio. Look for tour dates soon!

Michael Lombardi

Originally coming from a musical background, Michael Lombardi was a student at The Drummers Collective in New York City when he was first introduced to acting. His career path led him to The William Esper Studio, where he studied the Sanford Meisner Technique. After graduating, he immersed himself in the art and honed his craft in New York City, regularly appearing in both independent films and theater productions. Most notably Michael starred on the FX Networks hit series RESCUE ME for all 7 seasons portraying one of fan favorites, the endearing Mike “The Probie” Siletti. Lombardi’s other credits include starring opposite Jeffrey DeMunn (The Walking Dead) in the independent feature film Cayman Went, TV series Six Degrees and The Job on ABC, NBC’s Saturday Night Live, and the lead in the critically acclaimed behindthe-scenes improv documentary series Contest Searchlight on Comedy Central. He also starred opposite Taryn Manning in the action thriller feature Banshee. While having a successful acting career Michael’s musical talent has allowed both passions to cross. His previous band Apache Stone was featured on season 5 of RESCUE ME. Michael spent 4 years as the founder and lead singer of Apache Stone. He wrote and recorded a full length album and toured the country. Using his experience and honing in on his sound, Michael started modern rock band BLOOD MOON THERAPY in 2011. He and his bandmates are currently in the studio and preparing to tour.
